Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By submitting information through Stacked Sites’s public profile on JobDrop, requesting an estimate, or otherwise interacting with Stacked Sites through the JobDrop platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Stacked Sites’s Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not interact with Stacked Sites through the JobDrop platform.

“Stacked Sites” refers to the roofing contractor operating at jobdrop.co/stacked-sites-1775266376703913990. “JobDrop” refers to the platform operated by JobDrop LLC at jobdrop.co and app.jobdrop.co. “Homeowner” or “Visitor” refers to anyone viewing Stacked Sites’s public pages or submitting information through forms on those pages.

2. Who Can Submit Information

You must be at least 18 years old to submit information through Stacked Sites’s forms. If you are submitting on behalf of a property owner, you represent that you have permission to do so.

3. Service Relationship

Any roofing services provided by Stacked Sites are governed by a direct agreement between you and Stacked Sites. JobDrop is the platform operator and is not a party to that service agreement.Stacked Sites is solely responsible for the quality, scope, pricing, scheduling, and execution of any roofing work.

4. Billing & Payment

Homeowner-facing services from Stacked Sites are billed directly by Stacked Sites under the terms of the agreement between you and Stacked Sites. JobDrop does not bill homeowners for Stacked Sites’s services and does not handle homeowner payments. JobDrop’s billing relationship is between JobDrop LLC and Stacked Sites only.

5. Content You Submit

When you submit information through Stacked Sites’s estimate form, text widget, or review submission, you grant Stacked Sites and JobDrop a non-exclusive license to use that content for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, fulfilling the requested service, and operating the platform. This includes generating thumbnails of submitted photos and displaying review content on public project pages.

You represent that you have the right to submit all content, including photos, and that submission does not violate any third party’s rights.

6. AI-Generated Content

JobDrop uses AI to process voice recordings and project details for Stacked Sites’s project pages. AI processing is performed by third-party services (OpenAI for transcription, Anthropic for content generation).

• AI-generated content is always presented to Stacked Sites for review and editing before publication
• AI outputs may contain inaccuracies — Stacked Sites is responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it goes live
• Your data is not used to train AI models

7. Public Pages & Homeowner Interaction

Stacked Sites’s profile and project pages on JobDrop are publicly accessible. Homeowners and visitors can:

• View Stacked Sites’s portfolio and project details
• Submit estimate requests through Stacked Sites’s form at jobdrop.co/stacked-sites-1775266376703913990/estimate
• Contact Stacked Sites through the text widget
• Leave reviews linked to verified projects

By submitting information through a form or widget on Stacked Sites’s pages, you consent to being contacted by Stacked Sites (and not by other contractors on the JobDrop platform).

8. SMS & Communications Consent

Stacked Sites sends text messages through the JobDrop platform. By providing your phone number and opting in (via a web form with a consent checkbox or during in-person service engagement with Stacked Sites), you consent to receive text messages from Stacked Sites related to:

• Review requests after completed projects
• Lead notifications and estimate confirmations
• Project follow-ups and appointment reminders
• Team member invitations sent by Stacked Sites’s account owner or managers (these originate from the JobDrop LLC platform number, not Stacked Sites’s number)

Message frequency varies, typically 1–4 messages per project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from any message thread. Reply HELP for assistance.

SMS consent is not a condition of receiving any service from Stacked Sites. You may opt out at any time and continue to interact with Stacked Sites through other channels.

Stacked Sites and JobDrop will not share, sell, or distribute your mobile phone number or any information collected through the text messaging program to third parties or lead generators.

9. Reviews & Review Drop

JobDrop collects customer reviews linked to verified Stacked Sites projects. Per JobDrop’s platform policies, Stacked Sites:

• Cannot delete genuine customer reviews — only flag them for policy violations (spam, harassment, irrelevant content)
• Can respond publicly to reviews
• Cannot post reviews for itself or have employees, family members, or associates post reviews on its behalf
• Cannot offer incentives for reviews without clearly disclosing the incentive in the review
• Cannot use AI or any automated tool to generate fake customer reviews

Violation may result in Stacked Sites’s account being suspended or terminated by JobDrop, consistent with FTC regulations governing consumer reviews.

10. Contractor Credentials

Stacked Sites’s public profile may display licenses, insurance status, bonding information, certifications, and review ratings. JobDrop does not independently verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any credentials displayed on Stacked Sites’s profile.

Homeowners should independently verify Stacked Sites’s credentials, licensing, and insurance before hiring. JobDrop is not a contractor and does not perform or supervise any roofing work.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive information through Stacked Sites’s forms
• Use Stacked Sites’s pages for spam, harassment, or illegal activity
• Scrape, crawl, or access the platform through automated means without permission
• Interfere with the platform’s operation or security

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

STACKED SITES’S PUBLIC PAGES ON JOBDROP ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. NEITHER STACKED SITES NOR JOBDROP GUARANTEES THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

JobDrop’s liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform is limited as set forth in the platform-level JobDrop Terms of Service. Stacked Sites’s liability for the underlying roofing services is governed by the direct agreement between you and Stacked Sites.

14. Dispute Resolution

Disputes about roofing services performed by Stacked Sites are between you and Stacked Sites, governed by the direct service agreement.

Disputes about the JobDrop platform itself (account access, data handling, platform availability) are governed by the platform-level JobDrop Terms of Service, which include binding individual arbitration and a class-action waiver.

15. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated. The template version above will change for material updates. Continued interaction with Stacked Sites through the JobDrop platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms (governing your interaction with Stacked Sites through the JobDrop platform) are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, where JobDrop LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. The underlying service agreement between you and Stacked Sites may be governed by a different jurisdiction’s law as set forth in that agreement.
