Full Roof Replacement — Test

The team recently completed a full roof replacement for a homeowner in the area following spring hail damage. After an adjuster's inspection and approval, the crew began with a thorough tear-off of the existing three-tab shingles. During this process, they discovered soft spots in the roof decking and replaced the affected plywood to ensure a solid foundation for the new roof system.

The installation featured quality materials and professional attention to detail. The team installed synthetic underlayment with ice-and-water shield in the valleys and along the eaves for enhanced weather protection. They finished the roof with GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Charcoal, which carry a Class A fire rating and are rated to withstand winds up to 130 miles per hour. A new ridge vent, fresh pipe boots, and new drip edge completed the system, and the crew registered the homeowner for GAF's Golden Pledge warranty.

Marcus and Tyler handled the entire project in just two days, maintaining a clean work site throughout and hauling away all debris before leaving. The homeowner was thrilled with the results, noting that the charcoal shingles gave the home a refreshed appearance that complemented the brick exterior beautifully. Their satisfaction speaks to the quality of both the materials and the craftsmanship that went into the job.
